Physical activity is a fundamental part of children’s development, health and well-being, and as such physical activity is a very vital part of our program here at Happy Hearts.

We implement munch and move into our program on a daily basis. Munch and move is a NSW government initiative that supports the physical wellbeing of children from birth to five through fundamental movement and healthy eating.

Intertwined with munch and move we incorporate cooking into our program having discussions about heathy eating. Along with physical activity we value mind, body and spirit. To encourage relaxation through moving our body, we have built-in into our routine a scheduled yoga program linked in with COSMIC KIDS. Yoga promotes control and balance through using mind, body and spirit.
